This is an older video but still good. But where did you plug the air flow sensor back in to? If you don’t plug it back in won’t the car throw codes

There is spot to place the sensor on the intake pipe & it was plugged in, if don’t you will get codes

The box has a purpose, to provide direct outside airflow and not hot engine air

@yue0707 "the intake is not on the hot side of the car." LMAO the entire engine bay is hot after 5 mins of driving. What he just installed is essentially a short ram / hot air intake. You typed all that just to say absolutely nothing.

Yea I got sulev, I got maf code but think I mess up my maf sensor and end up changing it, and no codes since then

Yea I installed the AFE magnum force. Had a maf code. Changed the maf and cleared the code. Been good so far. Sounds amazing 👌

Your air filter will now Intake all the hot air from your engine bay, this is actually a hot air intake so your car will put out less bhp

Late reply but I have one similar to this, you can tell that they get heat soaked if you sit in traffic for a long time, I would recommend deleting the charcoal filter on the stock box and getting a muffler delete (it won’t be too loud) will be cheaper and give you more performance
