Allowance is being the rock in the stream. Other people’s thoughts, feelings and judgements flow at you and you don’t get washed away with them, they flow around you. You’re not affected by them because you have no point of view, otherwise known as allowance.

I'm so grateful that Gary is in this universe. Thank you Shannon for this episode it's amazing. I choose Allowance. I choose freedom. I choose to be allowance with me, with people, & with the society. I've never looked at the gift of access as to make me be able to function within the society, and now that I see that and acknowledge it my gratitude is going above and beyond.
