Respectfully, it seems that Theranos is more an example of selling an improbable dream with execution not working out as hoped. Zenifits was straight up intentional fraud in a highly regulated industry (that I was licensed in). #MyTenCents

I think the stance on regulations speaks for itself. It did support Travis' hustle strategy. I guess the issue was how far he was willing to go..
