Beautifull looking truck / RC.

It is a beautiful truck, I would love to have one just for the looks. They are silly slow and underwhelming looking to drive. With the long history of Traxxas and monster trucks it seems a bit silly they made one so slow. Congrats on passing the 4K mark! That is very cool!!

That’s why companies like Holmes make better motors for these. But the original real monster trucks weren’t very powerful so it’s kinda fitting

Your right original full size were pretty slow so in that respects it’s more realistic , just from a driving point of view may get a little fed up with it quickly ;)

Hi James it’s certainly cool looking and Traxxas have nailed that but the performance is woeful , although I did put in the speed gear set which has improved it somewhat

For the price I’d do an fms over the Traxxas

I think your right there Thad FMS has this beat from what I’ve seen

Been planning to get one and put a brushless system in... but I didn't realize the diffs were locked. Need open diffs for a monster truck... So maybe won't bother.

My lhs has these in and they have been sitting on the shelf now for over a month, he just cant sell them, to the point he canceled the other ones he had on order. I myself will be getting a truck from FMS

I definitely think the FMS is the way to go for performance or the Losi 1/16 lmt. Besides that I do like the platform as it’s basically a trx4m it’s just the performance of it as a monster truck sucks.

Yeah unfortunately a little windy but the audio is pretty loud , the reason you could hear a baby crying is my wife had my son whilst filming. I have to take my son with or I can’t film. He’s only 10 months old
