It was running around a lot better now and very stable. One of these day I will get mine done! I ran out of steam on the body and it is still waiting for me to get back to it!

Nice job. Your Tamiya Van looks sweet. It handles like a dream. I like how the servos are mounted on this truck. Awesome!

This is a massive improvement, much more fun, I would be tempted to stick with the 4ws, makes it something different 👍

It’s true the 4ws does make it a little different but I think if I was going to use it a lot or put any more power through it needs to be 2ws . Cheers for watching :)

Cheers mate ;) it’s only because it’s been lowered and had the dual rates altered and the oil shocks added simple but it’s effective. Glad you like it thanks for watching 👀

Nice upgrades! That 15T motor is great. It's the same one I put in my Squash Van

That's really nice Andy 👍👌 I am going to buy myself one. I wasn't so sure about it when they were first released with a new chassis and full gear driven but now I'm really very impressed. Tamiya have done a Stirling job with the squash can. It's new and high tech. I've got a re released Midnight Pumpkin that I haven't built yet but now I want a Squash Van. It's like an evolution of the Midnight Pumpkin. Only much better. Top job mate . Here in Australia these sold out really fast but I've found a shop that still has a few. Great work mate👌👍💪

Great video Andy. It seems to be running good. I added oil shocks to mine and run a Tamiya BZ motor. It'll pop wheelies.

I do like the BZ motors :) they are nice and torquey. It certainly runs a lot better now than it did first time out

4WS is easy on Futaba. Have it set to go from 2WS to 4WS just hitting a button. It's very handy ! Using the PX7R think it still works on the 4PX too.

That would be very cool 👌 but I don’t think my handset is that advanced 😂 Be a good set up to try though , curious to see what it’s like 👍

@@andyrobinsonrc2480 Originally had the Ubiquitous Dubbo radio and had it on a toggle. It was unsealable. Have a short video posted on my channel doing it on the TLT-1. Having the back end move about at speed isn't a good feeling lol

Hi, running nice. Going to build mine soon and never been a fan of the friction shocks, you say yeah racing 6mm shocks. That’s the big bore one. Thanks.

Much better Andy! Looks a fun one for the beach! The rear steering is interesting for sure but like you said probably not a big benefit! This would be good with brushless l think! Iol like the squash van in tamiya's little promo video had in it! Thanks for braving the cold mate cheers James.

Hi James , no worries. I think if it was to Be brushless it just wants to be 2ws as it’s less twitchy and more stable , otherwise it would handle the power fine , drivetrain’s strong enough to

Hi Paul the oil that comes with the shocks is 300cst I basically used that you could probably use 400cst and be fine as well , same cst oil in all 4 shocks. ;) cheers fella
