Idle at 14.7 then if the rpm still high then adjust timing decrease until the rpm is good or you get a misfire

How did you adjust the middle pair to pull the correct vaccum?

Start with that one. You’ll have adjustments available with the position of the arm up to the cable, position of the throttle cable, and the position on the J hooks that connect to the outer pairs.

Mine won’t sync to equal value no matter what. Rhd said it’s about right but I was expecting to be able to reach a flat out number in every single throttle

Mine are fairly close but maybe not exact. The tool doesn't give a precise readout. I adjusted the middle pair first without the outer pairs on by blocking the extra cylinders with carboard. Then installed the outer pairs and adjusted accordingly. That gave me the closest match.

@@noodlezdotcom at one point I thought I saw it on the RHD website, but I think the most important part is that all throttle read the same
