if you know the ID # of the code to delete (such as user 001 or 002) use the command "200" to delete. You don't need to know their actual PIN, just if they are user 001, 002 etc.. So if you are deleting user 001, #mastercode#200#001##If you want to delete ALL codes prior to adding one, use command "299."This does NOT delete the 8 digit master. So it would be #87654321#299## to delete ALL user codes assuming 87654321 is the correct master

I just bought a condo with this lock on it. No one seemed to know how to change/delete codes. Watched your video one time. Then changed the master code, added new users and deleted the previous codes. You sir shamed me several hundred bucks and a big headache! What a great video and thanks for answering the question about deleting the previous codes. Was exactly what I needed. Just thanks so much for this! Incredibly helpful!
