Do note that vonwacq only procs once per battle. -Ruan mei passive flats out reduces spd requirement by 10 spd. You can pair vonwacq with any of the 4pc sets mentioned to further decrease the speed requirements. Keep in mind that these calculations might not be accurate as they are just rough estimations on paper and have not been tested by me.
