just my opinion (well nobody will care as long as it is 3 stars😊): (a):first side 1.could optimize the build better,like sw can be changed to 2 messenger+2 break set just for her entanglement damage (thanks kagayoutubes5750) 2.hanabi speed should get to 160+ if you get better relic in future because your seele run in ATK% boots 3.if you can't kill dragonfish in one skill then its just better to aim autmatron 4.dont use hanabi ult after dps turn, use her in dps turn just for more longer buff duration (b):second side 1. kafka is fast but not enough atk to balanced it, you may speed demon her but make sure her ATK is high 2.Bs EHR is good but pls use her then kafka's ult if you can just for detonation dmg 3.Ruan mei could use some speed if you can in future 4.Last but not least please maximize your char trace if you have the resources, it just small percentage ,but that could be a clutching factor

Sparkle is ideally run 1 speed less then Seele after her Skill. So 143 speed Sparkle is best but 136 isn't too far off right?
