Hi Soniyasri, make high protein recipes for diabetes. Cook murungai kerrai often. Use moong dhal along with murungai keerai and do seasoning with kadugu, ulundu and hing. Also make ragi idli , dosa instead of using idli rice. Soak Ragi and black urad together and grind. Gooseberry pachadi , all types of sundal with less oil is perfect . Hi Sonia Good Cooking ... i used to watch your videos sometimes more than once it s kind of motivation .. My present scenario is am facing lot of problmes i really hope God will solve my problem I am not really sure ia m in depression coz i am doing daily activities like office work ,personal work..yes personal work certain things i am actually delaying .. I need to study but not able to focus . I stopped telling problems even to close friend since ia m hearing that this problem is nothing ..i really do not have the skill to deal with problems easily i have seen few others dealing easily.. For me even small problem it will make me down .. Please reduce the oil ,you must count the calories in take accordingly you burn. Steam the vegetables and make the dish then you need less oil.
