It still holds up after all these years

Back in 2022, sitll my favorite Pandora Hearts edit. I can't describe how much I adore this video; the style, all the effort put into the colored scenes, the effects. The song choice. Just everything about it is just flawless. It's such a worthy tribute to such an amazing manga, with such deep characters, mindf*ck plottwists and it'll always be my favorite manga, ever. All the tears I've cried even after re-reading for the x time. Same goes for this video ... I will always come back. Thank you.

Me too.

It has been 10 years since I've read the manga and I'm back again fellas. With Vanitas no Carte ( Mochizuki's current work) getting an adaptation , I pray PH gets a reboot too ( like FMAB and FruBa) Man looking at how every ship ended in a tragedy in PH, I am high key scared of the romantic pairs in The case study of Vanitas.

Not every ship, really. Gil did get Oz back after hundreds of years of waiting and everyone they knew had passed on- including Oz and Gil's first girl-crush who passed on and was succeeded by her great grandchildren. Gil having a longer lifespan than most (because of his race/breed) he was able to survive long enough to see Oz come back with Alice. We all know that when authors put a girl to balance the relationship between two boys, it's almost a no-homo move that attempts to not make homophobes uncomfortable with the possible gay ship. Early anime and manga do that a LOT and it's not surprising if we have multiple ships in Vanitas to keep things "safe."

ITS BEEN ALMOST 5 YEARS SINCE I FIRST WATCHED THIS AMV.. AND IT STILL GIVES ME GOOSEBUMPS.. GOD.. PH WAS A MASTERPIECE. AND THIS IS A MASTERPIECE OF AN AMV..

I would like to ask all manga fans what was your favourite twist of the plot from this series. Mine would have to be spoilers Chapter 70 when we found out about oz being the real b-rabbit and that jack was behind the tragedy of sabire. I literally stood there ten minutes after reading the final page just being in shock

Not a plot twist, but just a simple twist - 1:05 When Lily and Reim were talking about friendship I was just so happy. I stopped reading for some minutes and started thinking that being friends with your enemy, having the kind of conversation they had was just so beautiful. Reim showed her his Chain, she was so happy... everything was so cute, I was so happy

Another twist that I loved was when Vincent said that he wanted to erase himself, so Gil could have a happy life. I used to hate Vincent, but after understanding his true intentions, he became my favourite character!

2020 and the mere sight of the characters in this manga makes me sad yet happy Pandora Hearts is one of those manga where you wish you could forget it to reread it again.....

2021 and Vanitas just reminded me why I fucking adore Jun Mochizuki.

It's 2024, and it's literally the best anime or manga I've ever seen🤧👏

Admit it, every character jun created are hot and beautiful people who deserved better

myfavorite thing about this manga besides oz alice and gil is that break was such a tortured and well developed character, probally my first manga series where i had seen a character treated so badly and develop so well.

* When you finish Pnadora Hearts but want to cry more so you look for videos on youtube and you end up finding really cool amv's and crying really hard *

It's been a few years since I watched it and I STILL LOVE IT I wish Pandora Hearts hasn't ended yet (both anime and manga)

I watched Pandora Hearts a long time ago, but forgot about it until I started to read The Case Study of Vanitas. Now I'm obsessed again with both of them. Jun Mochizuki's work is legendary.

Found this video in 2011, and still sometimes I come back to see it again. And it STILL give me goose bumps!

It's 2022 and I found this video accidentally and got so many flashbacks. This amv is what my love to anime has started, I'm crying 😭

YES! Everyone loves the ending but I HATE it. I really believed there was hope for everyone...I really, really believed it. Break's death and Jack not being able to save Lacie, those were my final triggers. And I was pissed about Elliot's death throughout the rest of the manga. Imagine dying right before finding out the truth you've worked so very hard to find. NO!

2023 and I still love both the manga and anime

I remember watching this when I had only just entered highschool. Pandora Hearts was the first manga I read in its entirety and it opened up a whole new world for me. Still has a special place in my heart and one of my favorite mangas till this day. This MV still bangs 2011 was the peek era for manga and anime MVs was nice to come back to this nostalgic feeling came up in my recommends again after all these years 💜

Pandora Hearts needs a reboot. This was my first ever anime and I remember watching this video when it came out 😂

I just finished re-reading the series after almost 10 years! Finally got my hands on all the original english volumes! And since I'm a lot older now compared to the first time reading it, a lot of themes, characters etc hit way harder now and I cried so many times while reading it 😭 It truly is a masterpiece ❤
