Agreed we had movies of the others , saturated by Picard but Janeway was equally a good , interesting , fun, watchable captain..she's one my favourites..

@@Sol-Cutta "the others"??? Where is the DS9 movie? THEY'RE next in line :)
Who misses 90’s tv quality? Reminds me of a simpler time and brings me back to being a kid 😊

I miss the 90s so much. Sitting in front of the TV watching ST Voyager when I was 7
Im glad the quality of the actual show isn't the same as this insider view.
Voyager was the pinnacle. The finest StarTrek EVER brought to life !

Star Trek has certainly lost its hope and optimism of the future with Star Trek Discovery and Picard. The divide on the fan base is great between fans of Star Trek (1966-2005) and Star Trek fans (2009-present). I hope one day that we have proper Star Trek writers again who understand the franchise and can bring Star Trek fans back together for the rest of the 21st Century.

In my opinion Star Trek Discovery was a good series but, as you say didn't have the feel of previous star trek shows. And about picard, well it looks more like it's Star Trek Data or something like that but not that bad of a series.
Ethan Phillips is my top fave actor in the series. His character’s name is Neelix. Garrett Wang is another fave actor of mine in the series. He played Harry.
I always thought Paris was the Chandler of the show. That sweater vest sealed it.
Star Trek offers hope.. but not for free. The utopian ideal put forth by Star Trek demonstrates that it must (and can) be obtained in spite of our human flaws. We must work at bettering ourselves, personally and as a society, to work for bettering and maintaining our humanity. It's a constant struggle, but that is the heart of exploration.. boldly going where none have gone before.
Delightful, thank you for putting this out.
And now.... i have to watch whole series once again. :-)
Watching this 8th Feb 2023 and enjoying every second of it :)

Thank you so much for sharing this. I am such a big fan of STV. I've lost count as to the number of times I've watched STV over the years and I'm now watching it on Netflix 😀 I've just subscribed to your channel 👍
Robert Duncan McNeill hosted this program and he took us on a behind-the-scenes look at the series. Plus, his character’s name in the show was Tom Paris.
the person who plays kes...wow she is so pretty and her voice is so nice

I think the “Gee Wiz” and fun factors are what this series was going for. Not that they didn’t play drama too, but a lot of it was just fun, like the original series. I am a fan of the first, and the last series in particular. I was a young mom when the first Trek series took off. It was a Revolution in its time. I only saw Voyager as a rerun, but i just loved every minute, well, mostly. There were a couple clunkers, and one i can’t watch since all the “hate your neighbor” garbage started; the episode just makes me cry. But, i watch this series again periodically. It may be that time again.
So much fun to watch. Love Voyager!!!
Thx. The whole Team( behind & in front of Camera ) did such a great job meaking Voyager to be real, that i forgot : How many talented & hard working ARTISTS are dedicated & envolved doing so. Well done 👏
Can't beat the 90s
God damn, Voyager might not be objectively the best Star Trek, but it sure is my favorite! I just love this cast. If I'd have to choose one actor from the franchise to have lunch with, I'd pick Garret Wang without hestitation. He seems like such a Trek nerd, it must be fun as hell to talk with him.

Have you listened to The Delta Flyers Podcast? with Garrett Wang and Robert Duncan McNeill!
This is so cheesy- I love it.
It must absolutely BLOW THE FUCKING MINDS of the cast(and select crew members) when modern day technology that keeps getting better and better is steadily catching up & surpassing technological concepts created for a hard science fiction tv show‼️‼️‼️💯💯❤️ On the other hand producers, writers and other select crew members talked to scientists, scholars, and futurists before any of this appeared on TV, and they were enlightened on what was coming up in the future & what was just around the corner. Our cell phones are so ridiculously powerful nowadays that fans of TOS must be shocked, flabbergasted, and amazed‼️‼️‼️💯💯❤️

that happens when young kids watch star trek. They grow up and want to build a new technological device. They make it like in star trek, like what they saw as childs.
It was really cool seeing one of my relatives on the show.
Star Trek i love you :)
Thanks Trekkie for the great vid.
Thank God for the super hyper standards set by star trek and forever writers at CBS and actors MUST live up to it's VERY HIGH STANDARDS! RIP std lmfao
Love it. Thank you. I always thought fans were Trekkies, not Trekkers ;) And, THE Voyager. Lol
1) Garret Wang demonstrating better warp drive knowledge than the writer of Threshold 2) Voyager's max speed is warp 9.975 not 9.9. So only partial points there 3) Everyone is hilarious. 4) 75 years to get home "at maximum warp", which is not a sustainable speed. So you guys could have had more than 75 seasons if you wanted
thank you for the upload
best series ever
Oohhh I remember this!! and to think now they are doing a Voyager documentary. I’m so excited about that. And I might add a very rare interview with Jennifer Lien. It is nice seeing her.

What, they will interview Jennifer Lien for the documentary?
Was my fave star trek
Brilliant!
Jennifer's voice is like caramel to the ears
The only downside to this is Kate saying Wildmen's science station was Torres's engineering station which is actually on the other side of the bridge, but that's just me being picky.
My god the actors behave so much like their characters they played on voyager

@Blue Rain Jennifer Lien?? 😂 The actress with arguably the least acting experience who then ended up getting arrested due to public indecent exposure and ultimately turning into a meth goblin? Interesting choice.. But let's just agree to disagree..

@Blue Rain Nah mate. "Agree to disagree" as in "I'm not going to waste my time arguing with you about your personal opinions since you're perfectly within your right to have your own personal opinions". Cheers man. Have a good one 👌
Nope😂😂😂😂 I refuse to believe it! The characters I see every night on my tv are real people! 😂😂 2024 I watch voyager every night in bed for so many many years.

I love watching these historical documents also. Such heroism and determination. Obvio a reference to Galaxy Quest. However, I have to confess, I have watched Endgame parts one and two at least twenty times in the last ten years.
28:55 it sounds like levar burton is directing this episode
Roxann looks great here. I wonder if they thought about not making her half human, half Klingon.

I always believed Seska shouldn't have died... she should have continued on making her own way home all the while popping up throughout the series, causing problems for Voyager, Chakotay etc... or even ... had her stay on board after it was discovered she was Cardassian ... in many ways she could have been to Chakotay ...what Seven of Nine was to Janeway...

I agree. She was a bit effed up in the head but she prob lived a hard life and was raised that way. As long as age doesn't get in the way of Janeway and Chakotay😉
