What's wrong if she speaks English ... Students struggling to pass one interview in English when they grow up. They are thousands spoken English classes in tamilnadu, we prefer English medium schools than tamil medium schools , still you wish everyone should communicate in Tamil everywhere ... Social media is global platform people who don't know tamil will also watch .. Do not degarde other language to appreciate tamil ..

That is what many people think and ignore the problem. It is very clear and evident that the kid has some issues, and I'm sure the parents are treating her too. Right treatment at the right age, the problem will disappear by the time she becomes a teen.
