This was from the "Behind the Scenes" special they did for E!, around S2 of Dawson's Creek at the time (1998-99), as I can tell by the look of Michelle Williams' hair (she cut it short) but the full special with Spanish subtitles can be seen here: watch?v=HwKAEK_yrjg&t=1231s.
