The speed limit is something you don't indeed notice when there's traffic, but on quiet days such as the one when the video was shot it is an issue.

Más un vídeo muy interesante. Madrid tiene un sistema de autopistas un poquito complicado para mi!!!

Muchas gracias por el comentario! Es complicado orientarse por las autopistas de Madrid, incluso hoy en día con el GPS no es fácil porque en los túneles se pierde la señal.

Great drive and the chat! Did you know if you visit to Japan, you can buy unlimited ETC pass to pay toll? The cost is 20,400 yen (156.76 euro) for 7 days or 34,600 yen (265.87 euro) for 14 days. Only available to international visitors. The problem is that this will not work some expressways like in Tokyo network (Shuto Expressway or Metropolitan Expressway Company Limited) or other urban expressway network and some other expressway. Make sure to read fine print.
