Hi No the rule is not yet implemented H4 can work only with the EAD after H1B I140 got approved for the green card process

Brother, In my passport my spouse name is not there. My passport valid till 2024 then i have to renew. So im thinking of on that time I will add my spouse name. However, my name is there in my wife's passport. Also, I've marriage certificate. Is this fine ? Or do I need to add my spouse name in my passport before the H1b visa interview.

Hi bro The wage between H1B and L1B would be different Usually organizations giving less wage in L1B the H1b becoz H1B should go through the prevailing wage determination and they should given the levels as set up by Labor department Whereas L1B doesn’t have those steps So , they are giving lesser wages than H1B Also, wage will not change after stamping, but when they give promotions they will refresh the salary

Hi bro Once you get your I797 extended approval notice then I94 also will extend automatically.. so no need to worry Visa stamping is only required if you are traveling outside usa and enter into usa again… Hope this answer will help you Please let us know if its not clear
