天大的難題!!就是租房子!! 對於我一個新人，真的很困難🥲
我覺得Apartment比較適合我~ (新來需要習慣地方)
這次帶大家去看看温哥華的apartments🇨🇦
其實大部分一房空間也很大很夠用~
隨便一間都好像比香港大🤷🏻♀️

All apartments in here including hot water and management fees. Yeah if your are thinking of Burnaby side try to focus in Metrotown and Brentwood area. These 2 area rent bit more than the others but extremely convenient to U without vehicle at this moment and grocery shopping. The most important thing is couple mins can in and out to skytrain which could safe U lots of time and security esp after dark in late Autumn and Winter time. BTW, most of the high rise even new building neighbours might post parking for rent to the same building users in noticed board besides mail box area. Shouldn't be an issue esp so close to sky train station lots of owners don't have vehicles. Rental for a parking in Bby approx $100 CDN per month. Good luck Elis

Maybe look into Royal Oak or Joyce. I think when you were in Vancouver you were trying to get to the rental area it's actually easier walking up commercial/Victoria bypass

我侄子从香港来读书，steamA，无亲无友，租左间新建的condo一房一厅和阳台（同你看的最后一间同slze） ,包洗衣干衣机和停车位，1500每月，电、网费另计，到本拿比20分钟，离素里2、3站，靠近轻铁站，安全方便。如果是学生，用学生月票搭车好便宜（一种福利），个楼盘另一座新房现在应该完成，在新西敏市旁边。

To buy or rent in Canada are not easy with new comers unless you come with over 2 millions . Or you settle for less. Toronto townhouse over 1 million. I think Vancouver is higher then Toronto. It depends on the location.
It may take some times to get a driver license, so an unit without a parking is fine for your first year in Canada

通常租 Apartments 是包車位，但他们好奸，只簽一年约，原因 BC 省限制每年加租不多於 2.6 percent, 所以一年後租约滿，又大幅加租。
Try renting ground floor suite of a house or basement suite will be much cheaper

除左Metrotown同Brentwood 外，可考慮埋Richmond, Richmond 有好多新condo，近Skytrain，飲食買grocery 都好方便。

Looks like you are looking at condos, don't forget you are renting from the owner, and if and when he sells the unit you may have to move. Better renting from rental building.

如女仔就租吾到太靜地方 不過吾知果啲租金有無得講價
现在楼市下来了租金可以便宜了

加上生活費一個要3000加幣以上，得找高薪的工作。

You may want to look into Richmond as well. Rents should be little bit less than average metrotown or Brentwood area. Most apartments in Richmond are mid rise to low rise buildings meaning less units. So if you like less density then that could be another factor. There are also more Chinese restaurants and groceries there as well.

一房租金2000還沒有車位, 真的很高租金. 那邊是沒有街邊泊車的. 沒車位真的不行.
