That was also the Old Testament law. For example, if you were a false witness, and were found to be a false witness, you would receive the same punishment the accused did or would have received. Correction: E Jean accused Trump of rape. The jury found her not credible on this charge and instead found Trump liable for sexual assault. In spite of the fact that E Jean's testimony is entirely inconsistent with this finding. Strangely, the judge allowed the introduction of the "grab them by the pussy" video into evidence in spite of it being entirely irrelevant and wildly prejudicial. And that is what the jury found Trump to have done. Again, contrary to Ms E Jean's testimony. Trump then continued to assert his innocence, which was ruled by the same judge to be defamation. Not the jury, the judge. Then the judge spend the damages phase of the trial blowing smoke up E Jean's lawers asses while being openly antagonistic to Trump's team. There should be a 10 year *MANDATORY* (a word they loved in 2021) prison sentences without the possibility of parole for women who make false allegations. Also any names and charges filed shouldn't be made public until after the verdict. If there is no way for these women to capitalize from these situations you'll see it all go away.

They don’t even receive a tiny fraction of the money she got from this. I mean seriously if you actually look at the award here the judge gave her like $40million sent like $11 million to an anti-defamation organization(basically just using Trump’s money to fund his own pet project) And then stuck Trump with another like $30million in punitive fines because how dare he have an opinion that doesn’t correspond with the orthodoxy

It happened because while we were fighting a "cold war" against Marxism, they infiltrated our system of laws, academia, the courts, the bureaucracies and media. They played the long game and have structured and effected an undermining of the West from within.

Now all university students are exposed to anti Natural Law philosophies (religious and formal). Universities are intolerant of philosophies (religious and formal) that support Natural Law. That means most legal people are anti US Constitutional, since the US Constitution is supported by John Locke's treatise on Natural Law. US Courts destroyed from within.
