Yeah we overlook a safety check along with a control surface check.

I either need to get a Yellow plane or get a can of yellow paint and spay one of my girls yellow. LOL She sure is pretty. I really like the idea of removing the gear and making her a belly lander. That would work for where I fly. Grass is to dang tall in the farmers field for grass opps. Fun vid to watch.

Just put a little clear packing tape on the belly to protect her.

Hoping to maiden mine in about an hour setting up transmitter now. Hoping I can hand launch it cuz I don't have a long Runway.

I’ve hand launched mine. I only have 3s 2200mah’s for it. I set safe on and give it a left hand throw and go when at my brothers farm field. He has tall grass fields.

I have yet to hand launch mine yet but perhaps a subject for a video....hmmm. idea!!!!

I'm hoping for a big one but have no 6S. Does a 5000mha give the same flight as two 2500mha? So only consideration is price?

You would take them and use them as a parallel. combined they would be a 6s 5000mah. But this can get confusing and the lipos need to be identical to each other in stats. It is better in the long run to just invest in a few 6s lipos. And you don't have to use the expensive Spektrum batteries.

Ah yes but I didnt mean link that, I meant if I buy a 6S 5000mha and It maybe flies for maybe 8mins, will a 6S 2500mha fly for 4mins? I usually fly 3s 2200 for 6 mins, if I bought a 3s 5000mha could I expect 12mins?

@@patrickhoyle8357 mAh is directly related to the duration of power you can expect. Smaller batteries are a little less efficient, so expect a little under half the duration from a battery with half the mAh. 😊

(Ppl on a 10mph day): too windy. (ME on a 20mph day) what wind🤷‍♂️. After getting used to '20mph & gusty'.

Using a gyro, winds aren't an issue, until landing. I don't use a gyro since 01/2020.

@Fat Guy Flies RC Yes sir I have a few😁. Buddy just built me the FT 3dXL & maidened yesterday. Fun bird, but it's miniscully a bit smaller than my fms beaver🤯
