I just back ordered Draco. It's my first RC. Been following Draco last several years. This plane is just as amazing as an RC

Don’t fly it! Specifically if it’s your first rc plane. Learn with a cheap one first lol!

I think the word is out on how good the plane is. I ordered mine in late March, and still on back order. (The backup prop and spinner did show up last week, so I things are looking up. The last update I got from Horizon Hobby was them asking for a “Next of Kin, preferably younger.” (Not thinking I’ll be getting the Draco anytime soon)

I think you flew very well! I thought Woodford was going for a ride tho...lol

Was gonna buy one but, I’ve been having nothing but problems with new products from Horizon and their customer service has taken a nose dive.

If you didn’t buy one at release I got news for you your months away from getting one

Mine arrived on the 24th. Glad I saw this video. Yes the manual in the box is total crap! Unfortunately the screws and control linkages also need to be thrown away and replaced with "real" airworthy fasteners and linkages! The head of a Phillips screw sheared off as I only made two turns with my screwdriver! Some of the control arms are cracked and broken right out of the box! Why doesn't this $600 plane have screws and control links that work? The plastic control links and arms are made of the most brittle and weak plastic I have ever seen! I am beyond angry and disappointed!

Hey Paul, sorry to hear that. I didn't seem to have that issue at all on the screws. Make sure to contact PS and they will get you taken care of.

with all the High Gs he is giving the STOL scale airplane, wonder if he still has it in one piece,, pitiful landing for a stol craft,, must be nice to have plenty money to show off with,, ole USN vet (mine will stay as designed to fly, scale only)
