How do we keep the laws in a strange land?

@reginaldneal3013 That’s a great question. I believe in looking to the scriptures for our answers. Because there’s nothing new under the Sun. There have been many instances where our people either went to, or were trafficked to strange lands. All the way from when Joseph was trafficked into Egypt, to the many captivities and sieges (Assyrian, Babylonian, Persian, Arab, Greek, Roman, etc…) . Although few, there were always people who stood their ground and did not partake in the ways of the strange land or system. A prime example is in the book of Daniel, Daniel and his 3 Israelite friends refused to bow or give in. They stood on YAH’s side and YAH never let them down. It is not an easy position to take, but I believe that is what we are to do. To stand firmly on the laws and promises of YAH no matter what.

@@hebrewtheblackman I believe we have to remember kemet, the laws are internal, means being responsible to self and holding yourself accountable which we can start with the confessions of Ma’at. Personal laws of Know thyself are laws we can keep in any land at anytime because they point to good morals and values unto all mankind.
