Using an E-drill vs drilling a Visu-Lok / Jo-Bolt. The removal of blind-bolt fasteners (Jo-Bolt, Composi-Lok, Visu-Lok, Radial-Lok etc.) using a traditional twist drill can take up to 8-10 minutes to remove manually. The E-drill can complete the task in much less time (watch the video)... These are typically the most difficult Fasteners to Remove and the most Damage Prone. Titanium variants of these fasteners used on composite airframe structures are especially challenging.

    Make a set up for inner diameter hole transfer, transfering pilot holes through from old holes to new material, like a 0.250 outer diameter to a 0.159

    It's faster if you use the pneumatic drill like a real aircraft mechanic.
