I worked with him for 10 long years. The following are the best lessons from him which I ever remember... 1. A short pencil is better than a long memory. 2. I have never seen a successful person who is unsystematic. 3. Customer focus 4. Monthly Management review 5.Quality Circles 5. Work hard and pursue a path of detachment towards the fruits of hard work.

@@sanjaykrishnan8379 I worked in Vguard from 1994 to 2003. Those days he used to interact with staff more frequently as the company was small. When i look back his management practices implemented in those days were at par with any international standards. He was a systematic person so was the company also. The systematic approach resulted in timely payment to suppliers, punctual payment of salaries to employees before month end..etc. This way of financial managment can help any organisation to withstand all turbulences.

Same word as Darren Buffet is "Don't invest to other domain/bussiness/area you don't aware/confident", the same word can hear from Chittilapally sir in this interview. Great person with simplicity 👏👏👏.

This interview is a great learning lesson on how to be courteous ,polite and talk in a civilized way, especially in formal conversations A great quality in Nikhil is that he never interfered കൊച്ചൗസേപ്പ് in between , so that we, audience, can concentrate and digest such life long lessons. And no words to describe such a magnificent personality like കൊച്ചൗസേപ്പ്, a gem of a person, he is beyond imagination

From this candid interview,sir seems so genuine. Thanks for sharing so much wisdom. But I had seen on social media ,that he chose not to help a person who happened to have met with an accident in his amusement park, citing different reasons. I thought it would be inhumane... whatever be the reason of that injury,if his amusement park had any role why couldn't he help him ,at least with a job as permissible. Just a humble thought . something tells me he might have already done the needful and this could just be a rumour.
