Hey aval glitz I love your interviews always but talking about mental health like this is unacceptable and sad. Most of the people who go through hell aren’t just doing it for attention or by choice. Please kindly educate yourself on basics of neurobiology, psychology,neuroscience before choosing to comment or talk about them. These are real issues faced by real people. when you put it out there like this - it could very easily make affected people feel hate themselves for not being able to come out of it as quickly as expected by you people. Just because it isn’t visible doesn’t mean it doesn’t exist. People who don’t go through depression,anxiety and other issues can consider themselves as lucky and fortunate. But that doesn’t give them the right to minimise mental health issues by others and just say it can be snapped out of very easily. Please be mindful of how you talk about sensitive things.
