Dzükou Valley the most enchanting Valley lies in Nagaland State. The Political Boundary of the two States Nagaland & Manipur is far to the South at Khunhyo Range. Google is an imaginary line that was wrongly drawn cutting deep into Dziikou valley makes people believe Dziikou lies in the border. Nomenclature of Dziikou valley: Dziikou valley is also spelt as Dzükou Valley or Dzüko Valley. It is interesting to note that the word Dzüko is not really a happy and positive word. Dzüko is a word derived from Viswema (Angami) dialect. The literal meaning of Dzüko is ‘dull and soulless. Some has misconcepted as cold water. As per the local folklore, in old times, the ancestors of Viswema wanted to build a new village in Dzüko. However, they found the climate and weather of Dzüko unfit for farming and harvesting crops. This is why the ancestors labelled Dzüko as ‘A beautiful but dull and soulless valley. The Dziikou Valley is located in Nagaland and in the North East India. It is at an altitude of 2,438 metres (7,999 ft) above sea level, behind the Japfu Peak in Nagaland. The rare Dziikou lily is found only in this valley. This valley is well known for its natural. Dzukou valley can be reached via Zakhama or Viswema, and is around 23 kms from Kohima; situated in the states of Nagaland It is situated at an altitude of 2,452 m (8,045 ft) above sea level. The valley is famous for its wide range of flowers in every season but the most famous one is the "Dzükou Lily.

Google is just an imaginary line if all state or country make claims based on Google map the whole states in India likewise countries of the world will be at war. Google was launched only in 2008 in India & keeps developing/improving, - "Google map are not accurate, and you shouldn't rely on them as a source for factual information regarding property lines. Must like plat map, they only provide a general idea of where property lines exist. Political Boundary only existed after the creation of states. Traditional boundaries exist as long as our ancestors and is recognised & acknowledged by states since land belongs to people not the state. Article 371A. 1. Traditional Boundary. 2. State Political Boundary. 3. Google Imaginery Lines.

In Dzukou valley, there will not be available any cellular network. But on the way to Dzukou valley, there is a view point where BSNL, Airtel, vodafone or some other network will be available.

How much price to stay at night per person

Very nice. Any guide is require ? Which route is comparatively easy to Dzukou valley & from Dzukou valley? I am asking because I want to go with my 6yrs old baby. Kindly reply me.

Guide not required, the path is clear, you can follow the same route going one-way and return other way, but it ll may difficult with 6yr baby
