Now when I'm asked "what's a word" I can't easily define it kasi madami siyang pwedeng definition. The man who dismantle the CPP-NPA-NDF without declaring Martial Law. The supposed to be STRONG Leaders PFEM and PFVR couldn't. The man who was able to DOUBLE the salary and modernization of AFP-PNP-PCG-BFP-BJMP-BUCOR-NBI-PDEA. The supposed to be STRONG Leaders and both military officer PFEM and PFVR couldn't.
