The way ur using it and holding it for curls to be done is wrong! U need to keep that straight so that it will curl ur hair due air push... Dont waste that expensive thing! Walk in to any mall and they will give u 20mins guide class for no cost. ❤

The airwrap is meant to be used on wet hair. Your hair needs to be slightly wet for it to get styled. Especially for curling. I’ve been using the product for the last 2 years… it’s a part of my routine, use it at least twice a week. Every tech piece comes with a learning curve, same goes with this. Just a lil practice and understanding of the tools for your hair and it does wonders!

One is soft smoothing brush like wavy look the other one is firm smoothing brush where you get neat straight
