Dynaplug Micro Pro Inflator Review | The best Motorcycle Tire Pump?

Dynaplug Micro Pro Inflator Review | The best Motorcycle Tire Pump?
The Dynaplug Micro Pro Inflator is a small, easy-to-carry tire inflator that runs off your bike's battery
I review this pump and see if it is something that should be in everyone's kit, and could this be the best motorcycle tire pump.
Dynaplug claims it can inflate a 150-70-17 tire from 0-35 psi in 5 minutes.
Well, I have to see for myself.

    Thanks Mike, nice review! You are right about the coil hose being too rigid. I can tell you that with time/heat it will break. Bought some vinyl hose and swapped out the tire side valve for a better quick release one and now the pump works even better.

    I haven't gone anywhere this year 2020 because of life happenings. I do have a small air compressor but not as small as that. I'll probably buy in the near future when I have extra funds. I like doing motocamping and also like being prepared. Even though I might not use the kit I put together for myself, it's good to know that I'll be able to help other riders if needed. I like your video for this product 👌

    Just ordered mine from Revzilla for my Ténéré. I think this is a great review (thank you) but another great endorsement is the fact I couldn’t get one from within Australia. All sold out. I ended up paying a fair lot but will be delighted to have it in my kit for up and coming adventure rides. The Hella/Din fitment feature is brilliant news too as I’m getting one of them installed to my bike. Great job. I’ll give you a sub to get you closer to 2000. Enjoyed watching this 👍🏼😎

    damn thats expensive for something with no guage its also no smaller than another pump its just missing the guage that a pump would have in the corner. Saying you like the option to use a guage is crazy it should already have one. you save a corner? As a pan owner you dont need crazy small i would have gone with something bigger but better for a a similar price

  • @MRMRS2wheeler

    @MRMRS2wheeler

    2 жыл бұрын

    Hey Jason,, the price is on par with other pumpd on the market, but from my experience, this is better quality. It is significantly smaller the the 4 pumps I already have (that's what I was comparing it to). I did say that I like the option to use a gauge while inflating because other pumps don't have that feature and the pumps that I have tried with a gauge built in, were pretty inaccurate and unreliable. With that said, I rarely use a guage, I use FOBO BIKE 2 TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitor Sensors) so I can monitor while I am inflating and riding. As for the size, we ride 2up, travel cross country and do lots of moto camping, so while the PAN has plenty of storage, we still need to be mindful of pack size and are always looking to cut down. Thanks for the comment and hope this explains my reasoning behind my choice. Ride safe buddy.

    Got nailed three days ago I'm using www.jpcycles.com/product/246-073/stop-go-tubeless-puncture-pilot It has a pump and a plugging tool. The mushroom shaped plugs are holding up well 42 psi holding three days so far. They say don't ride more than 100 miles before replacing the tire but a friend ended up going 250 miles before finding a replacement . My nail was in the rear tire so i can still ride it to the shop no tow truck needed. A front tire is a little scary. It may take a week or so to get a new tire . The concern is if you hit a pothole or bump of some kind it may pop out the plug . I would stay on smooth roads till the replacement arrives.

  • @MRMRS2wheeler

    @MRMRS2wheeler

    Brian Leitch man that sucks. Were you on a trip? Yeah, I would be real cautious with a front tire, but rear is not as bad. Still don’t over do it. If you are on a trip, ask the dealer to have the tire overnighted, I did that in West Virginia on route to Canada where I busted my mirror and housing. They had it the next day by lunch time. It cost more but saved the trip. Ride safe

Next day I was off to the dealer for a new tire. It sucks, but It's not worth the risk. Besides, to my knowledge no ship will plug/patch a tire due to liability.
