    Hi, I hope u doing well) can you make a video about entitlement and sla that an entitlement is linked to a sla and a timer can be seen in an overview and maybe you can add something of your own please

    Hi! How can I see time spent on some case in customer service. For example how to add one field on case to see sum of all activities connected to that case, in order to invoice to client?
