Dying Toyota Highlander = FIXED!! Clogged Catalytic Converts That Were USED!

We have reached the end of repairs for this Toyota Highlander. This vehicle can't breathe! It was taking air in but then pushing it back out because the cats were clogged. I, also, changed out the radiator fans, cleaned it up, and did some testing along the way. I did some hacks on how to get an exhaust system working well if you can't get it to, fully, seal.

The first one you see on the exhaust manifold is bank 1 sensor 1.

Weirdly, no. Hot but not overheat. So, think about it like the hot air is restricted and can't go anywhere so it's getting backed up into the engine and making it hotter.
