Wolves are wonderful animals, very loving and very loyal. I know this to be fact, I had one for 9 years.

yes very heartouching story but i wish they would have moved those wolves to Animals century where they would enjoy a safe life and Nicolas could visit them occasionally. its very heartbreaking to depart with animals you have adooted.God bless Nicolas and those two wolves.Love from Tanzania .

I wouldn’t think twice about helping an animal in distress, while maintaining awareness of my own risk and safety.
My heart was broken by the cruelty these poor animals endured. Thank God there are some decent caring people to care for them!

Oops 😢 Now Is the time for tears ..The governors of Mt, I'd, Wy hate these 3..want them eradicated. So they are hunted from the air, M22 cyanide..very painful deaths leaving cubs abandoned or dead in the den. They use traps and snares..slow,painful deaths and cubs likely abandoned. In Wy..anywhere, any time, anyone can kill..no license required..these wanna be ranchers..taking hundreds of acres where our wildlife live, eat raise their children . Money, power and greed accompanied by hate and now rests in DC..HATE FROM LIES RE. WILDLIFE. I KNOW OLD TIME FARMERS ...WHAT IS BEING WRITTEN AND CLAIMED ARE 90% LIES OR MYTHS...
Love people like him who loves animals and helps them no matter what.❤
This is perfect I would have done the same as he did within thinking if I should or not to save them he did an amazing job on taking care of them both and from harm's way.

What a beautiful story, thanks Nicholas, I would have done the same thing. We need more people that will respect, love and take care of animals in need. True, they are animals but I know that God created them for a reason and who am I to question him. Just show love and compassion for all the little criters among us, but then I think, what am I to expect when the human race seems to have forgotten how to treat one another.

God gave us humans the job to take care of the animals. Many animals seemingly have an idea that we are supposed to help them and take care of them, so even lions come to human beings for help if their cubs get stuck some where and they can't do anything about it. When a young elephant falls in a pit, the mother seek help from humans.

My grandfather was licensed to care for wild animals. He raised orphaned wolves w/ his livestock. Not a single one of them ever hurt his or his neighbors, goats, sheep, or cattle

i had a similar experience in qld australia when i picked up a young dingo pup on my way to take my wife to hospital to have our son but i had to have him put down because i could not get a permit to keep him and i didn't want some ranger wounding him i still look out hoping to see another pup in the wild as i still miss my great mate
