Because I'm playing it now and I love it but I agree there is MANY backward steps. In many ways DL1 is still a much better game (one of the best games ever) in comparison.

From what I've seen i absolutely love your voice acting Jonah. I fiest played dying light around siix yrs ago when i was like 10 (mad a vid abt it then and its still on my channel) and as a dyhard fan of the franchise i absolutely love you and I adore the hard work and time u put into this
