Sure, separate their origin stories, but they gotta crossover eventually, right?
Dwayne was right. Black Adam & Shazam will eventually be in a future movie together, but to set it up, they each needed adequate time to establish their characters and heighten the audience's anticipation for when they do finally meet.

Exactly. He’s larger than life.
Anybody with a thinking brain who knows both the personality of the actor, his track record/resume & the character he's playing wouldn't be surprised by this. I've been saying it for the longest lol
