I use FL Studio 20 for music o3o Though I should say almost any program is capable of being used to make good music. It has to do more with how it's used and the skills of the producer behind the program o3o

OK but realy , PLEASE TRY TO MAKE ANOTHER 8-BIT BLOSSOM REMIX OR AT LEAST REPOST IT !
