Hi buddy, I'm back.
I've spent a long time making this. And yes, I made this music using MIDI version III, because I had a really hard time getting MIDI Always A Murderer VI, I used my designs, variations, and ideas to make this, and I also took inspiration from Kaito Mori. I never used version VI because I didn't have it, I only used version III, but I used any design or variation I had to make this. If I made a mistake, I apologize if I made a mistake.

there is no such thing as version VII, I only use version III, with the variations, designs, and inspiration that this music has.

I recommend Ibis paint if phone. and Aseprite if Not a mobile device. ibis paint has a switch to turn into Sprite Stuff now.(or vector to Bitmap). and it has Those Bloom and extra effect on it. and anyways yeah everything else other than that is just skills,and experience
