Dusky Whaler Shark, School Mackerels

Morning fish with Dorothy. I caught a 80cm Dusky Whaler Shark on a live Herring and a 58cm School Mackerel on a Pilchard. I saw Rocco catch a School Mackerel on a Spoon lure. Other sightings were of Mackerel and a Golden Trevally. No rain. Good Herring catches.

    What type of set up and sinker would you need for this type of fishing

    I use a double size 8 sinker and ganged 4/0 surecatch hooks ( from ebay) in a paternoster arrangement, 1 metre and 2 metre off the bottom.
