This cop will only appear at dusk and look for someone but if he can’t find anyone he’ll leave at midnight then come back at pre-dawn then leaves when it becomes dawn.
But you can’t see his car when you’re in a car, unless he turns on his blue lights and broken siren, but he’ll shoot one of the car’s red light so he’ll know where that person is.
If he finds someone at dusk he’ll chase them until dawn.
