Yeah, I watched it yesterday. A short one, I believe..?! And he was trying to say something in code, almost..?! A little loophole. THCA is legal. And still is, I think. I believe it's that THCA isn't THC until it's combusted, or carboxylated under high heat in an oven, or even some through drying naturally, I believe (I see labels like 23%THCA, 4%THC, and would wonder about that)..?! My state doesn't deal with it all, but from observations, I've seen this. So maybe labeling products to children (anything colorful) comes into play in legal products..?! They usually beat around the bush, when explaining this topic, but I think it revolves around this law..?!👍💯🙏✌️

I mean you have to be 21 to go into head shops, smoke shops, or buy tobacco etc... If you have to verify age in some way online, then I don't see kids getting it any easier than grey market dispo herb, or black market. I have grown, worked at a legit rec/med dispo, and I have tried flower from a few of the companies that actually seem fairly credible, and I have mostly had upper mid to mid shelf herb from ordering thus far. And there is nothing wrong with that, esp for the prices possible. It might not ever be as nice as something fully cured vs like cryo cured or whatever else... or cut early, but then you may as well grow your own for control on all those aspects. As far as "kids" go... I doubt it changes much of anything other than the difference of them affording a 1/4 vs an 1/8th from a dispo.
