I wish I could make electric guitar sound as plainly beautiful as this.

@@TheBirdBrothers That's why he wrote 'felt like' indicating that he was in fact not there, but the sentiment and the overall feeling that seeing the video gave made him feel like he was there.

Vinnie couldn't sing worth a fuck but THAT was the beauty in his music and performances. Genius composer, guitarist and lad.

Awesome. Was lucky enough to meet Vini some years back, what a talent, a fantastic pairing.

Be with someone who looks at you the way Bruce looks at Vini.

This is absolute tripped-out bliss. Sensational.

Drum sound is amazing.

Love how most people there don't seem that impressed but the one guy at the bottom left at 13:30 is really into it.

This is pure gold!

Ventolin was always my drug of choice as well. I was surfing in Morocco that day though.

It’s a late 1970’s Gibson Les Paul Custom (which throughout this era were fitted with Humbucking pickups) in a red-pink sunburst finish, with gold plated hardware. Looks great and sounds just wonderful in Vini Reilly’s hands. And it looks like he’s playing it through a Roland SRE-555 Space Echo into a Fender Twin Reverb amplifier. Fabulous band and music, also thanks to Bruce Mitchell on the drums. Great footage, too.
