Durston X Mid Pro 2 Plus : The Worlds Lightest Tent For Two Wide Pads, The Tent I Wanted All Along..

Howdy Folks! Welcome Back To The Channel.
In This Weeks Video We Taking A Look At The Durston X Mid Pro 2 +
When I First Got The Early 2023 X Mid Pro 2, It Was So Amazing To Have Such An Awesome High Quality Pro Piece Of Gear In my arsenal, And I was Stoked To Be Able To Use Two 25" Thermarest Tapered Pads. However, I Was Always Hoping For A Little More Wiggle Room Backpacking With Jo.
When I Fell For The Big Agnes Rapide SL, The Additional Space Demand Became That Much More Important.
In Comes Dan Durston To Save The Day With The X Mid Pro 2 + And With This design, Dan Has Nailed The Interior Space That I Think Many Folks Will Love.
Released Fall 2023, And A Year Later From My X Mid Pro 2 Review, I Finally Step Back Out Into My Favorite Beverly Hills Campsite Studio To Review The New Design ( I Even Filmed It On The Same Day As Last Year By Accident... Meant To Be ! )
For 1.6 Ounces More ( The X Mid Pro 2 Woven And X Mid Pro 2 + Woven Compared ) Im Stoked To Carry The Extra Weight, And Sleep Way Better. Anyone On The Fence With Getting The + Model....Do It!
Big Shout Out To Dan Durston For Providing Some Specification Talking Points For This Video.
Thanks For Watching.
Cheers :)

When are we going to see "Jo" again? Her birthday video was her biggest appearance yet.

Nice to come here and confirm my bias for this tent with the big agness rapide sl wide sleeping pads. Great combo bro!

It seems that brands are waging a full-throttle battle for the lightest tent. Thank you for this thorough review. Just in time for camping season. You should do a video on what it's like to camp/hike in Beverly Hills. That would be interesting to watch!

Thank you Zac. Good comparison. Would be cool if Dan could make a “plus” version in the regular Xmid 2p non dyneema. I prefer the inner mesh of the double wall version which helps keep my quilt from touching the fly and getting moisture on it.
