Basically the are sending blessings on the Prophet Muhammad (SAW) in a congregation. In a melidious voice, the lead man reciting is the head of the Naqasbani Sufi movement, his name is Pir Arshad Mahmood from Leeds, UK. Go visit his channel. Nothing to do with the unseen...... They colour their hair with Mehndi, most likely because they are turning grey. Colouring with Mehndi is preferred over synthetic colouring. Brown is preferred over Black.
