Durdle Door with Drone - Lulworth Cove to Bat's Head - Dorset | Harry's Hikes

The most popular Hike in Dorset to see the iconic Durdle Door. Having visited this place on a High School Geography field trip, no where but here can you can really appreciate the geological wonders of the Jurassic Coast.
Starting at Lulworth Cove you can already see how erosion has revealed the layers of rock that have withstood the various geological forces of nature over time. Wonder up the path to higher ground where you can have a better view of the Cove and start to see the tip of Durdle Door.
Parts of the path have eroded and fallen into the sea due it's chalk composition so new paths have been created. Your can then see a line of rocks called The Man Of War which naturally shelters the beach from the waves. On one side you can wonder down to the Man of War Bay, and the other side you can see the highlight of the hike which is Durdle Door.
After stopping to admire it you can go further to Bat's head where you can overlook your hike over the steep cliffs before heading back.
Enjoy and please subscribe and give your feedback which will be much appreciated.

Thanks. Really cool. I've made my mind up, I must hike the cost there. It's so fantastic. I did Totnes, Dartmouth 3 year's ago. But the Jurassic coast takes some beating. Great video Harry 👍🇬🇧

johny ditch yes the water is that clear. Smugglers inn is too far to walk I would say as it’s about 10km one way from Durdle Door as well as having many inclines

drones aren't allowed here. yet still people do it. i hear them hovering over my home and realise i have even less privacy than the footpaths ruin. please think of the quality of life that locals have. i can't even have any day light in my home because of intrusive lenses.
