This album is so good, and it's produced beautifully. I can always count on DD to approach each project like a very young band at the start of their career. They never coast, and it's incredibly inspiring.

They've never lost their sense of adventure and their curiosity is still insatiable. That's the secret to staying that fresh for such a sustained amount of time, and how they've kept their drive to create, even in kind of dry spells. When you stop and think about how there has always been a core member of the band happening somewhere, you realize they've kept this up, gaining and losing momentum through the years and it's just wild, you know? I'm 53 next month and it wears me out going to the mailbox sometimes, and here's these guys doing two shows in, like, Phoenix lol

I could watch hours of Duran Duran recording. A fantastic insight into these true artists at work.

Given 40 years in the business, Duran Duran can make a 16th studio album and be as unique as each prior album to themselves... and cool.

This is a wonderful gift, amazing. Real musicians doing what they do best, create music, fantastic music. Long live masters Duran Duran.

I agree, there were 2 songs that I would like to see on this album: Shadows on Your Side and New Moon on Monday, I expected these as extra tracks too, but above all this project was incredible

Loved watching the making of Danse Macarbre watching Andy, Warren Nile and all the other guys and girls involved, such a brilliant album ❤️

Duran has always kept their trade secrets close to the vest; it's nice to see them open up a bit. Great video!

Loved the album and I was lucky enough to see you on tour this year. I loved that Andy, Warren, Dom are all on the album and that Anna and Rachel have key roles too. I loved the making of video above, I would love to know how Nick achieved the music box sound on Secret Oktober 31st?

And Duran Duran are going to live forever. At least in the minds and hearts of those that grew hearing their musics ❤

and this is why they're in the rock n' roll hall of fame. they are always full of surprises. they're fearless in taking risks while also finding new ways to be themselves. every critic who had dismissed them as fluff during their hey-day in the early 1980s should get down on their knees and kiss their ass. how many bands in the 80s do we know still put out great music and remain vital after all of these years? aside from them, there's depeche mode, the cure, omd (whose newest album debuted at #2 in the u.k.), and erasure who can still go while boy george & culture club continue to put asses in the seats whenever they play a show. george michael remains a god since his passing and we still love "last christmas" which just went to #1 in the u.k.

That was great! I learned so much from this (Dom's solo!). It should be the official EPK. I have to say it is also very much appreciated to meet and be introduced to Josh after all these years. Of course, this is only a tip of the iceberg and wasn't quite long enough to be 'netflix' but it would be prime for MTV or something like that.

The most incredible thing was having Andy, Nile and Warren on the Halloween album, I hope that in the future there will be more contributions from them from now on. Notorious sent a souvenir hehe ❤❤

IMO your best album since Astronaut. Having Andy and Warren involved AND working quickly from the heart paid off, even if most of it is cover versions it has a proper Duran vibe. I hope you work in similar fashion for any future albums (and get MORE guitar in!! ;) )

Well I prefer Big Thing (and The Wedding album + Meddazzaland) over Astronaut - but was a way of saying I think they found something more natural and organic again which I'd not heard since Astronaut., partly the song writing but mainly the production/mixing @@julianmbrown

I think my favorites guitarists of DD are Warren and Dom. I wish we had more Warren’s stuff in _Danse Macabre_ album. Still a masterpiece anyway!

So glad that Warren C is back (albeit briefly) with Duran Duran. It can be said he saved the band in the 90s.

I can not tell you how much I LOVE this. All the behind the scenes stuff and seeing the process is one of my favourite things in the world. I wish every album would be released with a version with a bonus DVD of footage from the studio. Little glimpses into the writing and recording process and maybe bits that have been scrapped, too. Just to see examples of how things evolve. If any old footage exists for the earliest albums and the ones in between, please include it if you ever release a complete anthology series. I would so love a series of recordings and videos from the beginning documenting the whole journey so far. I love this band in every incarnation, with every member along the way. I want to hear all the stuff we have missed because it was not released before. Maybe something was deemed too experimental for the time or the band's image didn't fit in with what was being created in the earliest days, so you or the label thought it best to skip something. Let us all have it now. Of course, I would also love Reportage being finished and released. Even if some tracks have evolved and become something else, I would love to hear the original work. And I do not care if the topics are related to the time it was originally recorded. And thank you for showing Dom working on Confession in the Afterlife. I love Dom's work and that song is one of the most gorgeous you have ever recorded. It is an absolute favourite now and always will be. My personal favourite on the album.
