Oh they look sooo...argh so so "something" when they talk, I love them!!! I wish I could have lived in their time :( Well, at least I can draw like that, I'm really good at it. If I only got the chance to meet them in person... Andy looks really great like that actually!!! But John will always be my #1 forever and ever lol

I had them all over my walls when I was 14. I probably would have asked them stupid things like, "What's your favourite biscuit", back then as well. Funny and more than a bit cringey to look back on it now. I do brainwash my children with their music though. They prefer 80's stuff to today's music. They think modern music is boring and all sounds the same.......My work is done. :D

It's so odd to watch this after seeing them currently in 2011. They were so young! (not just in looks, but attitude). It's fun to see John reference his love for James Bond well before they recorded View to a Kill.

Got this on VHS tape somewhere, together with other interviews/ performances. Great to see it again.

I just noticed when he’s talking about going home for Christmas he’s twirling his hair around his finger!!!! ❤️❤️❤️How adorable! I mean he was only 21 years old!!! Just too cute!!!

These guys should have had a more mature audience that appreciated their music. This is why they were never recognized for their true talent. They were treated as a teenybopper band. Their music was SO underrated. That's why its awesome that they are still going today! That girl's drawings were amazing tho!

Gracist2 their fans were great and they have stayed with them and they have new fans it was not the fans or the ages of some of them that lacked respect for DD it was the stupid critics and media which the band does not even play music for to begin with the music is for the people Simon said in an interview once one new fan is better than a bunch of awards or accolades

Yes, they were awesome! She got to show them to the guys and even got one signed by them!! She was soooo close to them!! She kept herself together quite well, I would have been a nervous hot mess! What a great story to tell your grand kids, some of which now love DD today. The 80s was my time! It was wonderful to be a teen then. Great music, great style! John has enchanted me for nearly 40 years!!
