Good flying Andre. She is a great flying plane. Durafly has created another great plane! She can fly scale, I get about an 8 minute flight on half throttle. I fly from 2' to 30'. She will fly inverted with no problem and she will get up and move but I like flying her slow. I did get a nice pilot for her and detailed the interior with actual pictures of the cockpit. Now she really looks good! Keep em flying!! WooHoo

I just ordered a 2nd canopy to setup for FPV, either digital or 5.8 pan/tilt but agree it needs a pilot figure in there.

You got that right! Enjoyed the weekend.

I have spoken to the Shuttleworth Collection pilot that usually flies this aircraft. If you really want to add a special detail to it then as well as adding a pilot, you need to set the canopy so that it is half open. Apparently the cockpit fills with exhaust gases, and you would quickly die from CO poisoning. Well the mix of the gas, and the big impact crater you would make .They do do aerobatics still with the original, but they are all big manoeuvres and pretty slow of course. I have a few close up photos, as I have been able to stand close enough to her that I could have climbed in. The £10 donation to the SVAC for the flightline walk at a show is well worthwhile. And it's supporting the collection so no downside that I can see. Also have quite a few photos of her in the air too.

I came over to your site and Orchard flew the GG but I think you'd just fried your big motor so you were pre-occupied.

Didn’t know you went to Flitefest 2022. I worked the flight line a few times and missed you. Maybe next year you can join The Aviation Noob Podcast gaggle flight.

@ The heat was murder here as well. It's been down to more normal (26-28C) temps the last 2 days..
