Just a suggestion. You have access to natural rubber from the trees. Have you thought about placing mud around the outside of your bellow, pouring the natural rubber in, and letting it create a natural air tight gasket? The same thing can be done on all the seams where mud is regularly having to be replaced. Just an idea

With all the animals at your farm, you should maybe build a dedicated smoke-house for when it becomes time to harvest some! You could use the small house to practice making tiles for when you replace the roof of your stone hut.
