It's almost impossible to be lower than a 70 OVR in 2k. You'd have to be some obscure undrafted 2-way player to be a 69 or lower. Marcin Gortat is higher than a 70 overall in 2k20 and he's retired. Milos Teodosic hasn't played an NBA game in over two years yet he's also higher than 70.

Little known fact for those who maybe haven't played NBA 2K10 or dont remember it that well. The running fade that Kobe shot at 15:12 was literally a 100% shot unless you blocked it. 😂😂😂 you couldnt miss leaners back the. I am surprised tho that agent didnt do a spindunk with VC tho. If you want to bring up "canned animations" you would make a spindunk 100% of the time unless you goaltended (which was rarely called) or a teammate blocked it for you.
