Buying a remaster - still getting stabbed from Ornstein through pillars. I dont know whats harder to handle the purchase of the remaster or reliving the nightmare 8 years later

I dont understand how to remaster is still hard to people? You want a ds1 challenge play the entire on the original copy. No Dlc and no patches. You will scream

@@aila6814 oh its harder. Like the capra demons weapons are waaay smaller remastered and hus hit box is actually resonable. You get waaaaaay more humanity. Original unpatched even killing all npcs give like 20 humanity the entire game. Its way laggier. Lost izalith they took out a lot of enemies and thosr feet dragons in the lava? They actually run at you if you step even 20ft within their range and also have ridiculous hitbox. Orstein was impossible to single out so you almost have to kill smough first. And gwyn unpatched. Is a nightmare. Original ds1 unpatched will change your entire opinion of remastered and you can EASILY see how much people have complained about difficulty. They even made purging stones cheaper and added more in the game. The only benefit from ds1 unpatched is you can easily cheese levels from buying an item from an npc for 10 souls and feeding it to frampt for 100 souls. Other than that remastered i would personally consider a joke compated to the raw version of the game. Yes its still challenging and i did die. But i mean comparing..it was waaay easier.

I laughed like crazy with the tomb of the giants part but I felt the pain bc I had experienced too.

It's perfectly simple once you've memorized what to do after countless times spent completing this game over and over again

I love the tone change from the OG intro to this one. It either shows his disdain for the remastered or knowing he must go through the game again

I beat the bell gargoyles for my friend Ashton 5 years ago and it was my first time ever playing dark souls. Took me like 6 tries but yea that's how I got into the franchise! By beating a boss my friend struggled on for 4 months lol
