Me and and my party practically forced our DM to make buff janitor with a gun a thing, the story my character, a bard lit a tavern on fire and payed the janitor to get out, then I was caught, very peacefully I might add, and while I was in jail thee janitor broke in with a gun

I haven't seen it in closing in on 40 years, but I seem to remember the big bad being beaten by popping his nose with the needle from a badge. As a child, that was very relatable, and made perfect sense, but looking back... I'm like, "WTF? That can't be how it ended."

Not disparaging just making a slight terminology. It wouldn't be B-ratee but B-list. It's just a terminology thing. Mostly because it's rated R but a B-list. Just for clarity.

So I picked up Spell Jammer over the weekend. When me and my friends were flipping through the bestiary and came across the space clowns, making a one-shot off that movie was our first thought also.

At this point he no longer surprised by his patient actions. It's like an American hearing a Florida man story, we expect crazy and just hope there is video. The only time Americans are surprised is when the crazy stuff is happening outside of Florida.

I usually give my evil clowns the krusty the clown laugh. It has never failed to make people stop what they're doing at the table and look at me in horror.

I just saw this, love the killer klowns from outer space. I'm interested

It came from the vents. Just a flood of them. They just kept coming. Their turned my crew mates into cotton candy, I barely escaped with my life. But the chant, it will stay in my head forever. Waking me in the night, cold sweats as memories my captains flesh's took on that awful candy scent. My god's the his gargled cries as his innards were replaced into such a horrible form. A hellish melody that accented their celebration, " Tee hee hee, macaroni macaroni". Oh the horror.

It's oddly adorable.

Theres a funny dnd race which are themed around clowns and on a Nat 1 something funny happens and also of they fall from a high space they just kinda compress and make a funny noise.

During his description I imagined circus music being sung from a music box. Like in F.N.A.F but tiny.

IT didn't scare but the alien clowns who turned people into cotton candy sure did....I haven't seen the movie since I was five ish but the fact I can still remember scenes 25 years later says a lot

I gave my party a wish to help take down the BBEG they somehow got to the moon because the artificer made a rocket. And he also made rings were they can breath in space. Then the barbarian used the wish to “kill everything to die outside of the party.” So then they starved to death on the moon.

Something funny about spelljammer is that if you push someone out of the gravity field they start to float aimlessly through space, and without flying or swimming speed they can’t get back. So a build that can push creatures effectively would be great. Like my tempest cleric/storm sorcerer build that has the combo-ability that someone hitting me risks being flung 10 or 30 feet away by a lightning shock… too bad I’ve played that build in 3 different campaigns now and wanted to try something different lol

Btw the build is 6 levels tempest cleric + 14 levels storm sorcerer with one of the metamagic options being transmute spell. Lots of lightning/thunder spell synergy and the ability to fly 10 feet without opportunity attacks as a bonus action when casting a spell (could be good for getting back into a gravity field in a pinch). The specific spells you choose aren’t super particular because you automatically have Call Lightning which is the minimum I suggest for having high damage lightning spells…

Just be sure when taking sorcerer spells that you don’t take too many spells you could’ve taken as cleric spells because you can’t change your sorcerer spells very often but you can change your cleric spells every day

The cold dark filled all the rooms on the shifts the only sounds that cam be heard other than the clicking if the buttons on the airship was the shuffling in the air vents. Out of nowhere the vents hatch pops off and the sound of shuffling stopped, the only noise can be breathing until another sound is heard. ???: Teehee.
