It was very very late when I recorded this. I may devolve into mumbling and getting everyone's names wrong and general nonsense. But i think the game play was sound!

You can put your ben gesserit on counter intel to provide the equivalent of 1 extra agent slowing progress

Loved it daevohk you should definitely make fremen your main more agro plays are most fun to watch to be honest. Just a tip you probably didn’t remember because you were tired but when they are 2 v1 ing you you could have sent 2 warrior or fadeikin to corino’s bases thru switch camps and try to liberate his bases to make him back of so you could have beaten turin’s army easily

I do like the extra aggressive fighty style! I'm coming to terms with current patch Fremen, I enjoyed them quite a bit in the previous patch.

It's a shame thumper travel sucks so much. I guess there has to be some kind of distance limit since it can go into neutral land but at the minimum I think you should be able to thumper anywhere in your OWN territory that is not rocky, since you have no airfields.

Doesn't reviving the hero cost authority? Its the only thing i saw you do that could have cost that auth. Makes sense since the other factions lose landsraad when reviving. I think its a hefy sum too, so might have won you the game a good bit sooner of chani had been less death-prone.

i dont think you ever expanded crew on any of your harvesters so you were super broke all game lol. Also went probably 25+ mins of not having tech qued up so you were super behind in that as well. but still somehow won lmao. Also Fed command increase is pretty bad for liek a 1% power gain. 5 fed were eating up all your command points and they aren't really DPS more tanks. your turrets and skirms were winning you fights when you built them. I dont think you ever did the armory for the turrets either. Still Good game.

i got a rather specific question for you. i tried out the fremen councilors and for Jamis its says: "can trade authority for manpower in the top bar". How does that work? i cant seem to click anything. maybe im just stupid or maybe somebody here knows. anyway, great video! learning a lot, so thx

click the manpower symbol. Each press is like 10 Authority. Truth be told, the button isnt really visible

Yeah as ​ @simonmayr8148 said, I believe you can mouse over the manpower total at the top of the screen and there is a tooltip that says something like "right click here to trade 10 authority for 10 manpower" -- its a pretty shit deal imo, but maybe in an absolute crisis I could imagine using it.

Yeah, I was wondering that to. Well, now I know. The Dev teams first language is French, not English. And you can tell with all the weird wording.

I dont get, why you dont try to get the big desert next to you. That give you big buffs for each city next to the desert. And for unit comb, try your scavangers more instead the infiltraitors. That are heavy aoe hitter with the stealth hero. Anyway nice video, its a pleasure to look your calm kind of playstyle :)

I love a good deep desert encirclement. In this case it would have included land adjacent to the Smuggler main base--which would pretty much necessitate a permanent blood feud. I didn't think the smugglers were as big a threat as Corrino/Atreides this game, so I didn't want to overly antagonize them.

auth went to Chani resurrection BTW rad game. I don't understand how were you able to run all game without spice crews training tech and having teams upped on manpower. teach me this power! I try to run 4-5 full kitted crews and end up broke constantly

I think I had some very favorable trades with the neutral sietches, a lot of money/spice from them. Praise Stilgar

Why do you bother capping spice fields early game when you can just harvest them anyway?

They're certainly not a priority, but at some point you want them just to keep other people from sweeping in and taking them from you. I grab the very first one since it is the first place revealed and the quicker you take your first village the quicker it unlocks Developments and Agent training.
